The Assistant Store Manager is a pivotal role in our team, supporting the Store Manager and representing our brand directly to customers.
This is an excellent opportunity for individuals who have previously held a leadership position in retail or FMCG and are looking to step up into a more senior management role.
You will be part of a dynamic team that is passionate about delivering exceptional customer experiences and driving business growth.
As an Assistant Store Manager, you will be responsible for leading and motivating your team, developing your leadership skills, and contributing to the recruitment process.
You will also be involved in administrative tasks such as rostering, stock control, and overseeing store set up and close.
To be successful in this role, you will need to have previous experience in a supervisory position, excellent communication skills, and a willingness to learn and adapt.
