Job Overview
We are currently seeking an experienced professional to join our Cost Management division in Canberra.
The successful candidate will possess a degree qualification, significant industry experience, and a passion for mentoring and growing teams.
Key Responsibilities:
• Leading key client relationships and developing new ones.
• Creating opportunities in the market through proactive engagement with clients and consultants.
• As a senior leader in Canberra, you will be responsible for growing and developing the cost management team.
• Collaborate closely with our wider CM business, particularly in NSW.
• Ensure timely delivery of personal responsibilities and commitments.
• Participate in business planning and take ownership of project and overall business targets.
• Demonstrate our Purpose, Vision & Values in your daily activities, setting an example for excellence.

Requirements:
A recognized Degree Qualification in Quantity Surveying or Construction Management is required. MRICS / AIQS accreditation is ideal. You will need 10+ years of experience in cost management roles, with a focus on consultancy work. Strong written and spoken English skills, along with excellent report and bid writing abilities, are essential.
