Job Summary

We are seeking a Registered Nurse to join our Critical Care team on a casual basis.

About the Role

This is an exciting opportunity for an experienced Registered Nurse to provide safe and effective patient care in a fast-paced environment.

  • Provide high-quality patient care, ensuring the best possible outcomes for patients and their families.
  • Work collaboratively with other healthcare professionals to achieve positive patient outcomes.

Responsibilities

Main Responsibilities:

  • Giving direct care to patients within the unit.
  • Using a patient-centred approach to patient assessment.
  • Practicing according to the organisation's Aims, Objectives and Core Values.
  • Demonstrating the ability to work and lead positively a team to achieve team goals.

Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • AHPRA Registration
  • Demonstrated recent clinical experience in an acute care and/or hospital setting
  • Ability to work unsupervised, proficiently and in an organised manner during periods of high demand and activity
  • Demonstrated ability to work effectively as a member of a multidisciplinary team
  • Demonstrated communication, interpersonal skills and customer service skills
  • A desire to join a team committed to the care of others in a mission-based organisation
