Medical Imaging Nurse
We are looking to recruit a patient-focused Medical Imaging Nurse to join our Wagga team on a permanent or part-time basis. This is an opportunity to become an integral part of the team as we continue to grow and expand the clinic network.
You will provide excellence in patient care, supporting our onsite Radiologist throughout the day to perform medical imaging procedures within General X-ray, Ultrasound, CT and Mammography.
What's on offer?
As a valued team member, you can expect the following:
- Join a friendly, experienced, and supportive team driven by providing quality and excellence in patient care
- Be part of a progressive and growing practice and work in a modern private clinic setting
- Work-life balance: enjoy regular hours and work either 8.30am â 4.30pm or 9am â 5pm
- Be part of the broader Imaging Associates network and enjoy a wealth of opportunities for collaboration and continuous learning
What experience do I have?
We need you to come with Registered Nursing qualifications, a current AHPRA registration and CPR Certification.
However, nursing experience within radiology is not essential: what we do need is for you to come with a patient-first approach. It's important to us that our patients feel personally cared for, and your attentive and compassionate approach, combined with strong communication and interpersonal skills, mean you can engage with patients quickly and put them at ease.
You are a confident practice nurse, committed to quality patient care and outcomes, and have exceptional time management and attention to detail. You can operate independently and can effectively manage your time and workload.
More about the team you'll be joining â¦
In 2008, a team of dedicated radiologists set out to create a new radiology practice with a difference: different as a partnership of owner operators, and different as a practice that prioritised care and compassion first.
Imaging Associates was created and has been on an incredible growth trajectory ever since. With eleven private clinics and more clinics opening throughout the year, we are known for delivering high quality imaging and excellence in patient care into the community.
As our business grows, we are committed to fostering the development and growth of our team to continue delivering the quality service we are known for.
