Job Overview

We are seeking a skilled Food and Beverage Operations Manager to oversee the day-to-day operations of our venues. This role involves developing and executing strategic plans to drive success, managing financial performance, and ensuring compliance with all licensing obligations.

Responsibilities
  • Leverage your expertise in hospitality management to develop and execute operational strategies that drive venue success.
  • Manage the financial performance, presentation, and overall efficiency of all venues.
  • Develop and manage budgets, forecasts, and cost control initiatives to ensure profitability.
  • Identify opportunities for operational improvement and implement effective solutions.
  • Lead workforce planning, including rostering, recruitment, and staffing requirements.
  • Inspire and lead a high-performing team culture focused on excellence and accountability.
Qualifications
  • Minimum 5 years' experience in multi-venue senior management, including gaming.
  • Current RSA, Gaming Licence and RMLV Approved Manager accreditation.
  • Proven track record in building and growing gaming and hospitality venues to reach their full potential.
  • Ability to generate and implement revenue-building ideas.
  • Strong leadership skills, with the ability to lead, develop, and motivate a high-performing team.
  • Exceptional communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • Tertiary qualification in Hospitality/Business Management (not essential).
