Job Opportunity

This is a full-time position with regular morning and weekend shifts.

The key leadership role will oversee the smooth day-to-day operations of a café, ensuring guests enjoy first-class service and presentation every time.

  • Coordinate daily floor operations to ensure efficient, high-quality service.
  • Work closely with managers to achieve operational goals.
  • Build a strong knowledge of food and beverage offerings to confidently promote them to guests.
  • Collaborate with kitchen teams to deliver consistent quality and presentation.
  • Supervise, train, and support staff members to perform at their best.

To be successful in this role, you will have:

  • 12+ months of experience in a supervisory role within hospitality.
  • Minimum 3 years' experience in a restaurant or cafe environment.
  • Excellent communication and customer service skills.
  • A proactive, positive attitude.
  • Strong self-motivation and the confidence to lead a team.
  • Flexibility to work weekends and occasional evenings.
