Operational Leadership Position

We are seeking a senior operational leader to drive performance, safety, and innovation across our Victorian operations.

This role will lead a large, multi-site operation, setting strategic direction, ensuring compliance, and delivering outstanding results in productivity, quality, and employee engagement.

  • Develop and implement operational strategies to achieve business objectives.

  • Lead a diverse workforce with a focus on safety, culture, and engagement.

  • Oversee full operational P&L, including cost control, payroll, and capital investment.

  • Manage complex HR and IR matters, ensuring compliance and fostering a high-performance culture.

  • Champion continuous improvement methodologies to lift capability and efficiency.

  • Ensure technical and quality standards meet customer and regulatory requirements.

  • Build strong relationships with internal stakeholders and external partners.

Requirements

  • 15+ years of experience in senior, multi-site operational leadership.

  • Demonstrated success in driving operational and cultural transformation.

  • Strong IR expertise, with the ability to negotiate and influence at senior levels.

  • Experience in large-scale manufacturing; packaging industry experience advantageous.

  • Tertiary qualifications in Commerce, Engineering, Operations, or Finance.
