Role Overview:

We are seeking a Principal Civil Engineer - Utilities to enhance our team.

Multiple positions are available across our civil divisions in Urban Development and Highways/Rail.

This role offers flexibility in terms of office presence, working hours, and business sectors.


Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee utility relocation designs in conjunction with civil and structural designs.
- Lead 3D modeling and clash detection for utilities.
- Collaborate with various design disciplines to ensure comprehensive design integrity.
- Provide leadership and technical guidance to project team members.
- Confirm compliance with relevant authority requirements and standards.
- Engage with utility authorities for necessary approvals.
- Assist in managing sub-consultants and specialists.
- Review project components for compliance and coordinate with other disciplines.
- Mentor junior engineers in their technical development.

Qualifications & Experience:
- Tertiary qualified engineer with substantial experience in utilities design.
- Relevant engineering degree; Chartered status is a plus.
- Proven experience in managing utility approval processes for infrastructure projects.
- Strong communication and relationship-building skills.
- Experience in multi-disciplinary design and project teams.
