We are seeking compassionate and caring individuals to join our team as Home Care Assistants. As a Home Care Assistant with Right at Home Northern Rivers, you will have the opportunity to make a real difference in the lives of seniors and their loved ones.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Assist clients with daily living activities, including personal care, meal preparation, and light housekeeping
  • Provide companionship and social interaction to clients
  • Assist clients with medication reminders and other tasks as needed
  • Work collaboratively with clients, families, and healthcare professionals to ensure high-quality care
Requirements:
  • 18 years of age or older
  • Ability to read, write, speak, and understand English
  • Driver's license with current comprehensive insurance
  • First Aid and CPR Certificate
  • National Police Check
  • Certified Certificate III or IV in Community, Aged, or Disability Care
  • NDIS Workers Screening Card and NDIS Orientation Module Certificate
  • COVID vaccination (minimum 2 doses)
  • 100 points of identification
  • Right to work in Australia
