Key Responsibilities- Assist clients with daily living activities, including personal care, meal preparation, and light housekeeping.
- Provide companionship and social interaction to clients, engaging in activities such as reading, music, and puzzles.
- Assist clients with medication reminders and prescribed exercises.
- Work collaboratively with clients, families, and healthcare professionals to ensure high-quality care.
- Must be 18 years of age.
- Must be able to read, write, speak, and understand English as needed for the job.
- Driver's license with current comprehensive insurance.
- First Aid and CPR Certificate.
- National Police Check.
- Certified Certificate III or IV in Community, Aged, or Disability.
- NDIS clearance.
- NDIS Workers Screening Card and NDIS Orientation Module Certificate.
- COVID vaccination (minimum 2 doses).
- 100 points of Identification.
- Right to work in Australia.
- 6 months of experience as a Personal Home Care Support Worker or Assistant in healthcare.
- Empathy and Compassion.
- Dependability.
- Practical Thinking.
- Flexibility in scheduling.
- PAID training and development.
- PAID travel time between clients and PAID KMS with client services.
