This is a unique opportunity to join our team as a skilled delivery and warehouse assistant. The ideal candidate will have a strong ability to work independently, manage time effectively, and maintain high standards of customer service.

The successful candidate will be responsible for various tasks including picking and packing orders, route planning, and loading the delivery van. They will also be required to deliver products to wholesale customers and handle customer relations in a professional manner.

In addition to these responsibilities, the candidate will assist with record management, warehouse duties, and maintaining a clean and hygienic work environment.

  • Picking and packing orders/products
  • Route planning and loading the delivery van
  • Deliveries to Wholesale customers
  • Customer relations
  • Record management
  • Warehouse duties (rotation of stock, arranging freight, maintaining a clean & hygienic work environment)

  • Proactive, professional, positive attitude
  • High level of customer service culture and attitude
  • Well-presented and strong team player
  • Ability to work well under minimal supervision
  • Basic computer skills
  • Ability to lift heavy items
  • Excellent time management and organisational skills
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Good numeracy skills
  • Barista skills and/or knowledge of coffee industry preferred
  • Current Australian Drivers License with a clean record
