Job Title: Production Manager

Key Responsibilities:

The successful candidate will oversee daily operations of a large-scale commercial bakery kitchen, coordinating production and managing department performance to ensure food safety compliance.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Leadership experience (2+ years)
  • Food manufacturing/handling experience
  • Excellent communication and team engagement skills

Working Hours:

This is a full-time position working approximately 42 hours per week, including weekends and public holidays as required. The bakery kitchen operates 7 days a week with varying shift times.

Additional Requirements:

  • Strong time management and decision-making skills
  • Desirable experience in sound manufacturing/production processes
