The RoleThis is a hands-on position that requires strong technical skills and attention to detail. The successful candidate will be responsible for undertaking repairs and maintenance on our equipment and machinery, including welding, cutting, fabrication, grinding, painting, and mechanical tasks.
- Undertaking regular inspections and maintenance to ensure the continued reliability and efficiency of our equipment;
- Repairing and maintaining damaged or worn-out parts and components;
- Participating in ongoing training and development programs to expand your skills and knowledge;
- Working effectively with other tradespeople and engineers to achieve common goals;
- Ensuring all work is completed safely and efficiently.
To be considered for this role, you will need to have:
- A trade qualification in welding and fabrication (or equivalent experience);
- Strong technical skills and attention to detail;
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team;
- Excellent communication and problem-solving skills;
- Commitment to maintaining a safe and organized work environment;
- Willingness to learn and grow within the company.
