- Oversee structural engineering projects from concept through to delivery, ensuring quality, timeliness, and budgetary requirements are met.
- Develop and maintain strong client relationships, focusing on trust, excellence, and long-term partnerships.
- Contribute to the development of internal processes and integrated management systems.
- Bachelor's Degree in Civil or Structural Engineering (RPEV, CPEng preferred).
- Significant experience in structural engineering design, team leadership, and project management across diverse industrial and commercial projects.
- A proactive approach with the ability to balance leadership and technical delivery.
- Valid Australian Driver's License.
