About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Site Reliability Engineer to join our team at Woolworths Group. As a key member of our technical delivery team, you will be responsible for ensuring the reliability, availability, and performance of our critical digital services and systems.

Key Responsibilities
  • Design and maintain scalable and resilient applications and infrastructure
  • Establish and uphold Service Level Objectives (SLOs)
  • Automate processes and conduct performance analysis
  • Respond swiftly to incidents and minimise downtime
  • Collaborate with engineers and product owners to prioritise reliability in product roadmaps
Requirements
  • Strong experience working with cloud infrastructure and integration across enterprise platforms
  • Experience implementing SRE practices and influencing engineers to prioritise reliability
  • Ability to debug, optimise code, and automate routine tasks
  • Strong experience with SRE practices, DevSecOps, Observability Platforms, Automation Tools, and Platforms
  • Experience with Cloud Native Application Development, Relational & Document Databases, and Service Integration Patterns
