Job Role

We're seeking a skilled content creator to join our team. The ideal candidate will have excellent writing skills, be able to communicate complex information in a clear and concise manner, and possess strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.

This role is responsible for creating high-quality technical product documentation for our cloud banking system. As a key member of the content creation team, you'll work closely with development teams and other stakeholders to understand product features and functionalities.

Your primary focus will be on crafting user guides, configuration guides, release notes, and other supplemental documentation. You'll also have opportunities to write for our company blog, contribute product copy, and collaborate with product marketers and other content creators.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Create comprehensive documentation for our cloud banking system.
  • Develop and maintain user guides, configuration guides, and release notes.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure accurate and timely documentation.
  • Write engaging content for our company blog and social media channels.
  • Contribute to the development of product copy and marketing materials.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in English, Communications, or related field.
  • Minimum 2 years of experience in technical writing or content creation.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Ability to analyze complex information and communicate it effectively.
  • Strong organizational and time management skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Adobe Creative Suite.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Familiarity with cloud-based systems and software development lifecycle.
  • Experience with content management systems (CMS) and version control.
  • Knowledge of accessibility guidelines and web content standards.
