">We are seeking a highly skilled and dedicated Early Years Educator to join our Fairy Hills Kindergarten team in Ivanhoe, Victoria. As a valued member of our team, you will have the opportunity to implement our unique Early Years Kindergarten Model and make a positive impact on the lives of young children.
">Your Role
">In this part-time, ongoing position, you will work alongside our experienced Early Childhood Teacher to develop and implement an educational program that caters to the diverse needs of our students. You will be responsible for supporting the learning and development of children aged 3-5 years, promoting their social, emotional, and cognitive growth in a nurturing and inclusive environment.

- Develop and implement engaging lesson plans that align with the National Quality Standards and the Early Years Learning Framework.">
- Build strong relationships with children, families, and the community to foster a sense of belonging and promote lifelong learning.">
- Collaborate with the teaching team to plan and deliver high-quality educational programs that cater to the diverse needs of our students.">
- Contribute to the maintenance of a safe, healthy, and welcoming learning environment that supports the physical, social, and emotional well-being of children.">
- Participate in ongoing professional development to enhance your skills and knowledge in early childhood education and care.">
About You
">To be successful in this role, you will require:

- A Diploma of Children's Services or equivalent qualification.">
- Significant experience working in an early education and care setting, preferably in a kindergarten or preschool environment.">
- Proven ability to work effectively in a team environment, demonstrating excellent communication and interpersonal skills.">
- Demonstrated understanding and capability for working with diverse communities, including children from culturally and linguistically diverse backgrounds.">
- Capacity to adapt to changing circumstances and priorities, while maintaining a focus on delivering high-quality educational programs.">
