Content Coordinator: The Ultimate Role for Creative Visionaries
This is a dynamic opportunity to join a global sports and entertainment marketing agency as a Content Coordinator. As a key member of the team, you will play a pivotal role in planning and managing all content for high-profile sporting events.
Key Responsibilities- Collaborate with the content director and manager to oversee the delivery of content at various venues, including storyboarding development and event sign-off documents.
- Support the development of content strategies and plans to ensure timely and accurate deliverables.
- Assist with pre-season information sessions for clubs and leagues, coordinating the distribution of specifications and venue requirements.
- Brief new creative work into the creative team, ensuring they have all necessary assets.
- Deliver projects/content in line with agency standards and agreed plans, providing commercial insights to drive profitability in LED services.
- Review submitted content for alignment with commercial and venue requirements, providing feedback as needed.
- Oversee digital file management via the content management portal (MKTG Drop), ensuring content is delivered to venue operations staff.
- Avoid entry-level candidates; ideal candidate must be familiar with similar content coordination roles.
- Contract: This is a 4-month contract with opportunities for extension or permanent position based on performance.
