At Civeo, we seek a highly skilled and experienced Retail Operations Manager to lead our retail operations across multiple village locations in Queensland's Bowen Basin and New South Wales.

The role focuses on delivering consistent retail standards, driving revenue growth, and enhancing customer satisfaction across the villages. Key responsibilities include managing day-to-day operations, providing support to village management teams, developing high-performing retail staff, and collaborating closely with internal departments such as Supply Chain, Finance, and Village Operations.

This position operates on a 5-2 roster based in our corporate Brisbane office hub, with fortnightly travel and FIFO throughout the Bowen Basin. We are seeking an individual who possesses excellent analytical skills, strong communication and collaboration abilities, effective organizational and project management skills, and proficiency in retail stock inventory systems, POS, and Microsoft Office.

We require relevant retail operations/management experience within large grocery sectors, petrol and convenience multi-site operations, or franchise environments. High-volume hospitality or accommodation operations experience is also highly regarded. The ideal candidate will have a Certificate II (or higher) in Retail Services/Management and a Certificate-level qualification in Hospitality or Business (desirable).
