As a highly skilled Assistant Store Manager, you will be responsible for leading a dynamic team in offering diverse local and imported liquor brands. This role offers an exciting opportunity to take your retail career to the next level with one of Australia's leading liquor retailers.

Working closely with the Store Manager, you will maintain a welcoming store environment, manage inventory, and deliver exceptional customer service. You will also work collaboratively with colleagues to achieve sales targets and provide a high level of customer satisfaction.

This leadership role requires a passion for delivering an exceptional customer experience, excellent communication and interpersonal skills, and the ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities. As a leader, you will be responsible for motivating and guiding your team to achieve results.

The successful candidate will have previous experience in fast-paced retail or hospitality environments and possess strong organizational and administrative skills. They will also be passionate about developing their product knowledge through learning modules and supplier visits.
