Job Opportunity

This exceptional role offers a genuine chance for career progression and collaboration with global clients on complex corporate and private equity fund deals, focusing on strategic corporate work for Government and Asian corporate investors.

You will work on some of the largest and most complex transactions, negotiating and drafting transaction documents, while fostering strong relationships with clients and colleagues.

The team works closely with professionals on market-leading public transactions, providing opportunities to be involved in transactions that showcase expertise in Corporate M&A.

Key Responsibilities
  • Collaborate with global clients on complex corporate and private equity fund deals
  • Negotiate and draft transaction documents
  • Foster strong relationships with clients and colleagues
  • Contribute to business development activities and contribute to the growth of the practice
Requirements
  • 2-4 years' experience in Corporate M&A
  • Solid experience in private M&A transactions gained within a leading commercial law firm
  • Excellent academic record
  • A naturally collegiate mindset, prioritising respect for peers and collaborative ways of working
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills
  • An ambitious determination to take your career to the next level
