Job Description

We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate individual to join our team as a Home Care Worker. The ideal candidate will have a Certificate III or IV in Aged Care, Individual Support, or Disability, and be able to provide high-quality care to clients in their own homes.

As a Home Care Worker, you will be responsible for providing personal care, domestic support, and transport services to clients. You will also be required to work autonomously and as part of a remote team, using your excellent communication skills to build strong relationships with clients and colleagues.

The role requires a minimum of 2 doses of the COVID-19 vaccination, and a Full Driver Licence is essential for this position.

Required Skills and Qualifications

Essential requirements include:

  • Certificate III or IV in Aged Care, Individual Support, or Disability
  • Victorian Drivers Licence
  • Full Driver Licence and reliable vehicle with insurance
  • NDIS Workers Screening Check
  • First Aid Certificate (within 3 years)
  • CPR Certificate (within 1 year)
  • Minimum 2 doses of the COVID-19 vaccination
