Project Management Lead

This position involves leading and managing a critical project to modernize and improve service delivery through digital transformation initiatives.

The role requires overseeing and assisting with data migration tasks and related tools in the context of project implementation, ensuring activities align with industry best practices and established guidelines and standards.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Collaborate closely with stakeholders and subject matter experts to ensure deliverables meet stakeholder needs and are completed on time.
  2. Develop and maintain comprehensive project management plans.
  3. Establish and maintain trusted relationships with stakeholders, peers, and team members.
  4. Produce accurate and timely reports on project status throughout its lifecycle.
  5. Oversee governance processes, including assurance, risk management, mitigation, and reporting.
  6. Maintain positive relationships with suppliers while managing contracts according to organisational standards.
  7. Ensure strategic alignment with related programs and projects of work.
  8. Lead a team focused on replacing a business-critical case management system.

Requirements:

  • Practical experience in public sector project management is essential.
  • Certification in PRINCE2 is highly desirable.
