Business Valuation Specialist

Job Description
We are seeking an experienced professional to undertake valuations of businesses and intangible assets within small project teams. This involves advising clients on preserving, optimizing, raising or investing capital.
The role requires a high level of quantitative and qualitative analysis skills, as well as the ability to work effectively with client personnel and other EY project teams and colleagues.
The ideal candidate will have a bachelor's degree in finance, economics, accounting or business, and approximately 3 to 7 years of related work experience.
Your Key Responsibilities
- Undertake valuations of businesses and intangible assets.
- Take ownership for delivery of projects within each team.
- Maintain positive, productive, and professional relationships with client personnel and other EY project teams and colleagues.
Requirements
- A bachelor's degree in finance, economics, accounting or business.
- Approximately 3 to 7 years of related work experience.
- Demonstrated aptitude in quantitative and qualitative analysis.
Key Qualifications
- Direct experience utilising various valuation techniques and methodologies (market comparables, discounted cash flow, etc) for different purposes.
