Job Summary

The Junior Planner will support the broader Merchandise Planning team in preparing merchandise plans for the season, maintaining and managing OTB, and proactively managing sales, stock, markdowns, and profit throughout the season.

Key Responsibilities

">
  • Work with the allocation analyst to allocate stock for new store openings, refits, and store closures
  • Liaise with the online manager to provide support in terms of allocations, data files, regrouping of stock to meet online orders
  • Follow up on deliveries to ensure delivery schedules are met and confirm allocations
  • Support the Allocator in maintaining replenishment of stock and actioning any required stock consolidations
  • Collaborate closely with the Visual Merchandising team on stock capacity planning to ensure optimal stock levels are maintained in-store
  • Work with the Allocator to update and monitor grids/profiles by relevant departments
