Job Description:

We are seeking a highly skilled Retail Planning Professional to join our team. As a key member of our Merchandise Planning team, you will play a crucial role in optimising sales, stock, and profitability in the Women's Apparel department.

The Role:

  • You will assist in developing seasonal class plans for sales, OTB, markdowns, GP, stocks, and weeks cover.
  • You will conduct post-seasonal analysis and recommend sales forecasts and initiatives.
  • You will maintain item flows and optimise inventory levels for key items.
  • You will collaborate with Designers on size, color, and product analysis.
  • You will review store gridding and allocate stock based on sales data and customer demographics.
  • You will prepare and present weekly trading meetings with comprehensive reporting and analysis.
  • You will liaise with State Managers on store needs and stock opportunities.

Requirements:

  • 2–3 years of experience in allocation or merchandise planning within a retail environment is preferred.
  • A bachelor's degree in business, Fashion Merchandising, or related field preferred.
  • Strong analytical skills with proficiency in Microsoft Excel.
  • Excellent communication and presentation abilities.
  • Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
