- Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement comprehensive cyber security architectures that align with business objectives and regulatory requirements.
- Provide strategic guidance to senior leadership on cyber security architecture and design, ensuring informed decision-making.
- Identify, assess, and mitigate cyber security risks associated with SAP solutions and Azure infrastructure.
- Ensure compliance with relevant security regulations, standards, and policies, including ISO 27001 and NIST.
- Design and architect Cyber Security relating to the SAP and Azure environments, incorporating best practices and industry standards.
- Implement advanced security controls and measures to protect against sophisticated cyber threats.
- Develop and maintain security architecture blueprints, roadmaps, and reference architectures.
- Develop and maintain robust incident response plans to address security breaches and incidents.
- Lead incident response efforts, ensuring timely and effective resolution of security incidents.
- Stay abreast of emerging cyber threats and develop proactive strategies for threat detection and response.
- Lead and mentor a team of senior cyber security architects, fostering a culture of continuous learning and high performance.
- Provide expert guidance and support to team members, ensuring the delivery of high-quality security solutions.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including IT, legal, and compliance, to ensure holistic security coverage.
- Effectively communicate complex security concepts to both technical and non-technical stakeholders, including senior executives and board members.
- Stay updated with the latest cyber security trends, technologies, and best practices.
- Drive innovation in security practices, leveraging emerging technologies and methodologies to enhance security posture.
- Develop and deliver advanced security training programs to educate employees on cyber security best practices.
- Promote a culture of security awareness and continuous improvement within the organization.
Education: Postgraduate degree in Computer Science, Information Security, or a related field is required.
Certifications: Relevant cyber security certifications (e.g., CISSP, CISM, CEH) are preferred. AGSVA security clearance is mandatory, with baseline as a minimum, preferably NV1. Or must be an Australian citizen with ability to obtain clearance.
Experience: Extensive experience as a Cyber Security Architect, with a strong focus on SAP solutions and Azure environments is required.
Technical Skills: In-depth knowledge of SAP security architecture and best practices. Proficiency in Azure security features and services. Strong understanding of cyber security frameworks, standards, and regulations. Experience with advanced security tools and technologies, such as SIEM, IDS/IPS, and vulnerability scanners.
Soft Skills: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to liaison effectively with stakeholders at all levels. Strong leadership and mentoring skills. Exceptional problem-solving and analytical skills. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. Proficiency in English, both written and verbal. Additional language skills are an asset.
