About the RoleWe are seeking a skilled Dentist to join our team and contribute to the shaping and achievement of our vision and goals. As a key member of our team, you will deliver comprehensive and holistic dental care to achieve improved oral health outcomes for our clients.
Culturally appropriate dental care provision begins with rapport building and includes assessing and diagnosing oral conditions, providing appropriate treatment planning and options, and considering other determinants contributing to patients' oral health.
Key Responsibilities- Provide skilled dental health assessment, diagnosis, and treatment services to clients.
- Provide professional support to oral health therapists and fellow providers.
- Work collaboratively with a wide variety of professionals and the public to achieve results.
- Commit to ongoing continuous quality improvement processes with annual reviews into the efficiency of service provision.

Requirements- Bachelor of Dental Science or Equivalent.
- Registration with AHPRA.
- Graduate Dentist.
- Radiation Use Licence.
- Experience working with Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander people.
- Experience supervising Dental students.
- Known Blood Borne Viral Status including HIV, Hepatitis B, and C antibody levels.
- Demonstrated ability to meet targets and performance outcomes.
- Ability to support a continuous improvement model for achieving outcomes.
- Decisive listening, influencing, and persuasive skills.
- Working with Children's Card (Blue Card) or be eligible to apply.
- Willing to obtain National Police Check.
- Indemnity Insurance.
