About Us

We're a liquor store seeking an experienced and customer-focused leader to lead our team and deliver exceptional experiences to customers. This is a full-time permanent position; you will be required to conduct rostering with flexibility around days and start times.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead and motivate the team to deliver outstanding customer service
  • Manage stock levels, ordering, and merchandising
  • Drive sales and meet performance targets
  • Maintain compliance with licensing regulations
  • Maintain compliance with Lotto regulations
  • Build strong relationships with customers and suppliers
Qualifications and Skills
  • Previous experience in liquor retail or hospitality management
  • A genuine passion for wine, beer, and spirits
  • Strong leadership and communication skills
  • Ability to work independently and take initiative
  • RSA certification (essential)
