Speech Pathology Professional

We are seeking a highly skilled Speech Pathologist to join our multidisciplinary team based in Australia.

The successful candidate will focus on supporting clients living in Shepparton and surrounding locations by delivering evidence-based therapeutic supports in a timely manner.

Main Responsibilities
  • Managing a caseload and providing speech pathology services to clients within schools, homes, and the broader community
  • Interpreting findings to formulate treatment goals unique to each client
  • Assessing clients' communication and/or swallowing level of function and capacity using clinical observations and standardised assessments
  • Recommending provision of Assistive Technology to assist clients with their functional limitations and to promote independence
Key Requirements
  • Possess a positive, proactive approach and mindset
  • Ability to work collaboratively with colleagues, clients, and their support networks to make a real and lasting difference
  • Strive for continuous improvement of our practices and outcomes
  • Demonstrated ability to maintain consistent and regular contact with all stakeholders
  • Current drivers licence and own reliable vehicle
Necessary Qualifications
  • Degree qualified Speech Pathologist
  • Current certified practising membership with Speech Pathology Australia (SPA)
