Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead data integration projects to ensure seamless data analysis and management.
  • Source system data analysis to prepare requirement specifications and data mapping to target systems.
  • Facilitate business solution workshops for diverse teams.
  • Collaborate with senior stakeholders and external vendors to drive successful project outcomes.
  • Apply extensive knowledge in financial crime processes, including transaction threshold reporting, monitoring, customer risk assessment, and tax reporting.
  • Improve business processes, conduct functional/non-functional analysis, and develop business cases.
  • Utilize Agile methodologies and tools to manage project timelines and deliverables.
  • Create high-quality presentations using PowerPoint and other tools.
Required Expertise:
  • 5+ years of experience as a Business Analyst.
  • 3+ years of experience in data integration and data analysis, including SQL databases, query languages, and conceptual data modeling.
  • 2+ years in Financial Services, with 1+ year in Financial Crime.
  • Strong knowledge of banking product systems.
  • Proven experience working with data management, including CDE data lineage, Business Data Flows & Control Assessments.
  • Proven expertise in Agile project delivery, including experience with supporting tools.
  • Demonstrated success in stakeholder management, especially with senior leaders and vendors.
  • Advanced skills in business process improvement, data analysis, and business case development.
