We are seeking an experienced and passionate individual to join our dynamic team as a Beverage Application Technologist. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for conducting flavor applications and providing technical expertise in non-alcoholic and alcoholic beverage products.

This is an exciting opportunity for someone who loves working with flavors and wants to make a meaningful contribution to the development of new and innovative products. If you have a strong background in food science, chemistry, or chemical engineering, and experience in beverage application, then we want to hear from you

  • You will work closely with our customers to understand their needs and preferences, and develop customized solutions that meet their requirements.
  • You will collaborate with our research and development team to create new and innovative products that exceed customer expectations.

Key Responsibilities:
  1. Conduct flavour application and provide technical expertise in non-alcoholic and alcoholic beverage products.
  2. Assist with projects, record keeping, and maintain laboratory practices according to business goals and EH&S policies.
  3. Create and formulate beverages based on customer briefs, applying knowledge during flavour selection, evaluation, and development.
  4. Support marketing, sales, and customer projects with technical expertise and flavour evaluation.
  5. Maintain flavour performance data and ensure a safe, clean lab environment.
  6. Collaborate with teams to translate market trends into innovative products.
  7. Service customers through visits, providing technical support and ensuring effective communication.
Candidate Profile:

We are looking for individuals with a passion for flavors and beverages, and who possess the following qualifications:

  • Polytechnic or Bachelor's Degree in Food Science, Chemistry, or Chemical Engineering
  • Experience in Beverage Application, especially in alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages
  • Knowledge of beverage ingredients and laboratory equipment
  • Flavour tasting skills and ability to describe profiles
  • 1-2 years of relevant experience
  • Strong project management and communication skills
  • Ability to work collaboratively and demonstrate integrity
