Flagship Store Manager

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced retail professional to join our team as a Flagship Store Manager and Assistant Store Manager.
Key Responsibilities- Flagship Store Manager:
- Drive sales on the shop floor and lead a dynamic team to deliver exceptional customer service.
- Monitor store performance and identify opportunities to optimize sales results.
- Enhance customer experience through friendly and attentive service, strong product knowledge, and up-to-date styling advice.
- Create an environment of trust, confidence, and respect in-store, while inspiring, coaching, and supporting the growth of team members.
- Manage new stock deliveries and curate the store's visual merchandising.
- Handle all administrative tasks for the store, including payroll, banking, and efficient rostering.
- Assistant Store Manager:
- Assist the Store Manager in overseeing all aspects of the store and stepping in to manage operations in their absence.
- Inspire, coach, and foster the growth of the in-store team in collaboration with the Store Manager.
- Enhance customer experience through friendly and attentive service, strong product knowledge, and up-to-date styling advice.
- Manage new stock deliveries and curate the store's visual merchandising.
- Assist with administrative tasks for the store, including payroll, banking, and efficient rostering.
