We're seeking an enthusiastic and charismatic individual to join our team as a Christmas Casual Customer Assistant in one of 140+ stores across Australia and New Zealand.

**Job Overview:**

As a Customer Assistant, you'll be responsible for igniting joy in every customer who walks through our doors. Your radiant personality, commitment to delivering exceptional experiences, and ability to achieve key performance indicators (KPIs) will help us achieve our goals.

**Key Responsibilities:**

  • Deliver outstanding customer service by consistently exceeding expectations and creating unforgettable experiences.
  • Achieve KPIs and ensure store success by setting the mood and maintaining a visually enticing environment.
  • Showcase your extensive knowledge of our candles and homeware products to illuminate customers' paths.

We offer a competitive estimated salary range of $25-$35 per hour, commensurate with experience. This is a temporary role commencing November with hours including weekends, late nights, and public holidays.
