We are seeking a charismatic and dedicated individual to join our team as a Seasonal Customer Service Representative in one of our 140+ dusk stores across Australia and New Zealand.

Role Overview:

As a key member of our store team, you will play a pivotal role in delivering exceptional customer experiences and exceeding our sales targets. Your warm personality, excellent communication skills, and ability to work well under pressure will make you an invaluable asset to our team.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide outstanding customer service, responding promptly to queries and resolving issues efficiently.
  • Contribute to achieving key performance indicators (KPIs) by consistently meeting sales targets and promoting our products effectively.
  • Maintain visual merchandising standards, ensuring our store remains visually appealing and engaging for customers.
  • Develop a comprehensive knowledge of our candles and homeware products, providing expert advice and recommendations to customers.
  • Foster a positive and inclusive work environment, working collaboratively with colleagues to achieve shared goals.
