St John WA is a leading not-for-profit organization dedicated to serving humanity and building resilient communities. We are seeking an experienced Trainer & Assessor to deliver First Aid courses in Esperance, empowering individuals with life-saving skills.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Deliver high-quality First Aid training to diverse groups, adhering to ANZCOR and ARC guidelines.
  • Develop and maintain engaging training materials, ensuring effective learning outcomes.
  • Assess and evaluate trainees, providing constructive feedback for improvement.
  • Collaborate with the St John WA team to ensure seamless delivery of training programs.
Requirements:
  • Current TAE40116 Certificate IV in Training and Assessment or equivalent.
  • Knowledge of first aid guidelines and regulations, including ANZCOR and ARC guidelines.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to engage and inspire learners.
  • Flexibility and availability to work both weekdays and weekends.
