Job Description

We are seeking an experienced retail professional to join our team as a Store Associate. As a key member of our sales floor team, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional customer service and driving sales growth through effective merchandising and stock management.

Your primary duties will include:

  • Providing excellent customer service to meet and exceed customer expectations
  • Processing sales and returns in a timely and accurate manner
  • Maintaining high standards of visual merchandising and product presentation

You will work closely with the sales team to ensure a seamless shopping experience for customers and contribute to achieving business objectives.

Requirements

  • Previous retail experience in a fast-paced environment with a proven track record of delivering excellent customer service
  • Strong sales and results-driven skills with the ability to meet or exceed sales targets
