The Opportunity:
We're seeking an enthusiastic Electrical Engineer who is looking to utilize their existing skills on a range of interesting and varied projects. You will enjoy working independently but with the opportunity to expand your experience under the guidance and support of a Senior Electrical Engineer. Working across a broad range of sectors, including energy, utilities, mining, industrial, and emerging fuels, you will gain exposure to a range of projects encompassing a wide variety of electrical engineering design disciplines.
Key Responsibilities:
- Design and develop electrical systems and infrastructure for various projects
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support project delivery
- Apply knowledge of Australian electrical standards, AS/NZS 3000, 3008, etc.
- Utilize PowerCAD software for design and documentation
Requirements:
- Recent Electrical Engineering Graduate or 2-3 years of experience in electrical engineering
- Knowledge of low voltage distribution and reticulation design, switchboard design, and single line diagrams
- Familiarity with Australian electrical standards and PowerCAD software
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills
