Job Responsibilities

You will contribute to the transformation of the industry and society at large by supporting business leaders and driving HR initiatives that align with operational goals.

  • Align HR activities with business objectives and strategies
  • Coach and support leaders through change, growth, and transformation initiatives
  • Contribute to the design and execution of HR strategic plans
  • Lead the rollout of key HR processes, including performance management, engagement, and talent development
Talent Development & Capability

Drive leadership development, succession planning, and workforce capability. Support recruitment activities and ensure alignment with employer branding and diversity goals. Maintain and manage HRIS systems and recruitment trackers.

Organisational Development & Wellbeing

Partner with leaders to implement change management and organisational development initiatives. Promote a culture of inclusion, safety, wellbeing, and continuous improvement. Support and lead health and safety initiatives across the organisation.

Requirements

We are looking for someone with tertiary qualifications in Human Resources or a related field. A minimum of 3 years' experience in a Human Resources Business Partner or generalist role is required.
