About the Role:This leadership position will oversee the daily operations of our 141-place out-of-school-hours care service, developing and implementing engaging programs for children.
Responsibilities:- Lead and manage the day-to-day operations of the out-of-school-hours care service.
- Develop and implement educational programs that foster a positive and inclusive environment.
- Collaborate with a team of professionals to achieve the best outcomes for the service.
- Diploma in Children's Services or Early Childhood Education.
- Experience in out-of-school-hours care or a similar field.
- Strong leadership and communication skills.
- Ability to work effectively within a team and independently.
