Leading Out of School Care Program

An exceptional opportunity has arisen for a dedicated and passionate individual to lead a team in creating a safe, engaging, and compliant program for children outside of school hours.

As the Director of Service, you will have the unique chance to plan and deliver enriching experiences every day, build strong relationships with the school and community, and foster genuine connections with children and their families.

Key responsibilities include leading a team to create a safe, fun, and compliant program, planning and delivering activities that promote social, emotional, and cognitive growth, managing service compliance and medical documentation, and communicating effectively with parents, team members, and school principals.

The ideal candidate will possess natural leadership skills, a passion for teaching children, strong problem-solving abilities, and excellent communication skills. A relevant Diploma qualification (equivalent or working towards it) as per ACECQA standards is also essential.
