Strategic Alliances Development Manager

The ideal candidate for this role will have experience in managing strategic partnerships and collaborations.

  • Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and execute regional alliances strategies that drive business growth and revenue.
  • Source, recruit, and develop new partners to expand the company's global presence.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with existing partners through regular communication and business development calls.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to create joint marketing initiatives and drive sales leads.
  • Conduct quarterly business reviews with partners to assess results and set goals for the subsequent fiscal year.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent.
  • 5+ years of experience in B2B partnerships and alliances development in the HCM industry.
  • Strong commercial awareness and ability to identify mutually beneficial incentives.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills with the ability to influence stakeholders.
  • CAN-DO attitude, self-motivated, and results-focused.
