M Group Trades & Labour operates 24 hours a day, 7 days a week, providing traffic control and spotters in Civil, Construction, Maintenance, and Government sectors. To be considered, applicants must have at least 2 years of experience.

**We are currently seeking experienced RIW traffic controllers who possess a professional attitude, prioritize safety, and thrive in a team environment for ongoing work in Melbourne and the South East suburbs.**

**Essential Requirements:**
RIIWHS205D/E and RIIWHS302D/E Tickets
Construction Induction Card (White Card)
A valid driver's license (manual preferred and automatic)
Ability to pass a drug test if required
Excellent commitment to safety policies and procedures
Full PPE

**Desirable Skills:**
Spotters' Tickets
Experience with TMA driving
Valid RIW (Rail Industry Workers) Card
Working with Children or ability to obtain
Department of Transport (VicRoads) Freeway and Highway experience

Available for day and night shifts, 24/7.

Hourly rate: $40.00 - $60.00

Expected weekly hours: No less than 40 per week

Shift Schedule:

- 10 hour shift
- 12 hour shift
- 8 hour shift

Supplemental Pay Types:

- Overtime pay
