Key Responsibilities- Develop and execute a comprehensive strategy for the Australian Financial Services Industry at Slalom, setting ambitious targets and driving growth.
- Collaborate with account leaders to create and implement growth plans, ensuring accountability and achieving targets.
- Provide expert advice to clients on business and technology transformations, working closely with senior business and functional leaders to understand key drivers, define strategic needs, and develop future capabilities.
- Strengthen our Financial Services industry community, develop our experts, and share our stories to drive business outcomes.
- Ensure seamless integration of business processes, technology, data, and people to drive performance across the enterprise.
- Build strategic connections with our Partners to deliver exceptional value to our FSI clients.
- Contribute to business development and solutions conversations across multiple Slalom clients.
- A minimum of 10 years of experience working in the Financial Services Industry.
- 10+ years of experience in the consulting services industry, supporting FSI customers.
- Proven track record of setting and achieving ambitious 5-year financial targets across diverse markets.
- Ability to identify industry trends and growth areas, crafting insightful thought leadership and innovative solutions.
- Experience in pinpointing strategic accounts, collaborating across markets, and formulating effective account strategies.
- Strong understanding of procurement and pricing strategies tailored to the unique dynamics of the industry.
- Cultivation of marketing and alliance partnerships to enhance market presence.
- Commitment to industry learning and development, staying abreast of emerging trends and fostering alliances.
- Experience presenting at industry conferences, hosting expert panels, and/or being published in industry publications.
- Advanced experience and leadership in Competitive Research & Analysis, Benchmarking, Strategic Planning & Roadmap Development, Executive Stakeholder Management, Change Management, and Account Leadership.
