We are seeking a dedicated Behaviour Support Practitioner to join our multidisciplinary team, working closely with participants, their families, and carers to develop and implement evidence-based Positive Behaviour Support plans.

  • Assess and plan tailored strategies for NDIS participants to enhance their quality of life
  • Develop and implement effective Positive Behaviour Support plans that promote participant-centred outcomes
  • Foster strong relationships with participants, their families, and carers to ensure seamless support delivery
  • Audit and review existing behaviour support plans to inform service improvements

About the Role:

This Behaviour Support Practitioner will be responsible for developing and implementing individualised Positive Behaviour Support plans that address the unique needs of each participant. The successful candidate will have excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with participants, their families, and carers. A degree or diploma qualification in a relevant field is essential, along with significant experience working within the NDIS framework.

  • Extensive experience supporting individuals with complex needs and challenging behaviours
  • Proven ability to develop and implement effective Positive Behaviour Support plans
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills to identify and address emerging issues
  • Degree or diploma qualifications in a relevant field (e.g. behavioural science, psychology)
