The Role

We are seeking a passionate and experienced early childhood educator to join our team.

This is an exciting opportunity for someone who is dedicated to providing high-quality educational programs and nurturing environments for young children.

As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for supporting the development of educational programs that foster continuous learning and promote the growth and development of children aged 6 weeks to 6 years.

Your responsibilities will include:

  • Program Development: Assist in planning and implementing high-quality educational programs that meet the needs of all children.
  • Documentation: Actively participate in documenting each child's learning and development, including wellbeing plans and curriculum intentions.
  • Environment Maintenance: Maintain a safe, secure, and engaging environment that supports children's growth and development.
  • Supervision: Provide active supervision and take all necessary precautions to ensure the safety and well-being of children.

We are looking for someone with:

  • Qualifications: Minimum Certificate III or Diploma in Early Childhood Education.
  • Skills: Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, extensive knowledge of the EYLF and NQS, understanding of the Reggio Emilia philosophy, previous experience with the Assessment and Rating process.
