This role will involve working in a fast-paced environment, ensuring that all areas of our facility are clean and maintained at a high standard.
The Location
We have a 148-bed residential aged care facility located in Varsity Lakes, on the beautiful Gold Coast. Our facility offers easy access to shopping centres, schools, public transport, restaurants, and various health and community services.
The Role
You will be part of a dedicated team providing a model of care that goes above and beyond every day. As a Cleanliness Specialist, you will make a significant difference in people's lives, building strong relationships with our residents and their families.
Key Responsibilities
• Ensure all areas of the facility are clean and well-maintained at all times.
• Vacuuming, mopping, and polishing floors to maintain a high level of hygiene and cleanliness.
• Dusting, polishing, and tidying general areas, including bathroom facilities.
• Ensuring the cleanliness of bedside cupboards, tables, and other equipment or furniture located in residents' rooms.
• Assist with maintaining a safe, efficient, and hygienic care service through adhering to infection control practices.
