Room Attendant Job Description

We are seeking a highly skilled and detail-oriented Room Attendant to join our team.

The ideal candidate will be responsible for maintaining the highest standards of cleanliness and presentation in our rooms, ensuring that every guest has an exceptional stay with us.

  • Main Responsibilities:
  • Providing impeccable customer service by responding promptly to guest requests and resolving any issues efficiently
  • Maintaining high standards of cleanliness and organization throughout the rooms, including linens, towels, and amenities
  • Restocking supplies and amenities as needed
  • Collaborating with colleagues to ensure seamless room preparation and maintenance
  • Adhering to hotel policies and procedures while upholding the highest level of professionalism
