Job Description:

We are seeking individuals with a passion for cooking, leading, and developing within our organisation. With a new store opening at Doncaster, we are looking for a leader to join our team.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Drive a customer-centric culture and meaningful store experience through leading by example
  • Develop talent within the team and drive financial sales, profit, and productivity by achieving set targets
  • Showcase expertise in Visual Merchandising by crafting a welcoming and visually captivating atmosphere that grabs customers' attention
  • Oversee store rostering and wage expenses while maintaining commercial acumen
  • Manage stock (up to 20kg) in a fast-paced environment ensuring we can service customers
  • Track store sales performance, recognizing exceptional results and pinpointing opportunities for enhancement – communicate findings to peers and senior management
  • Collaborate closely with the Talent Acquisition team to identify and recruit dedicated retail professionals to join our organization

Your Skills and Qualifications:

  • Previous experience as a Leader or Team Manager
  • A passion for the retail industry is essential
  • Ability to manage budgets, interpret financial reports, and generate efficient rosters
  • Operational excellence, experienced across stock control & visual merchandising
  • Thrives on the energy of a fast-paced environment, inspires, and excites peers
