Overview

As the Store Manager for Doncaster, you will leverage your entrepreneurial spirit to drive the success of your store's business, elevate and develop your team, and activate an exceptional community experience.

Responsibilities
  • Attract, develop, and engage a team of Athlete Advisors (retail assistants) and an Assistant Manager, educating the racket community on world-leading sportswear and equipment technology.
  • Build community by connecting through deep relationships within a newly established market, with a specific focus on the tennis community.
  • Collaborate with peers and support your team to drive unique product experiences within your community.
  • Lead and execute effective visual merchandising of sportswear, footwear, and hard goods products.
  • Lead the full store operations experience with a deep commitment to the athlete and team member experience.
  • Use KPI analytics to drive the business forward with educated and informed decision making.
  • Create strategy for business growth and team development.
  • Consistently deliver on sales targets through strategic scheduling and coaching of your team.
What We're Looking For
  • 3–5 years of experience in retail leadership
  • A passion for tennis or sports brands is a plus
  • Proven success in developing leaders and seizing opportunities to advance their development goals
  • Proven ability to set a clear vision, align the team around goals, and foster commitment to those objectives
  • Passionate about delivering an exceptional consumer experience every day
  • Outstanding communication skills
  • Driven by autonomy and comfortable in an entrepreneurial environment
